Thank you for your definition of forgiveness- ceasing to feel resentment. I needed to here that. I still have a lot of resentment to cease feeling. I appreciate all you taught me and I am glad I made made the choice to go even though I knew I might have to feel something if I went. Thanks for a positive emotional experience:)

Dear Julie,
You are simply amazing!! I will tell you that Satan did not want us to attend your workshop... We drove around and around trying to locate the "hidden" Plain City Stake Center but my sweet niece (who we called in a panic) literally left her home to meet us and drive us there. THANK HEAVENS we finally arrived and persistence paid off!! Spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally, etc. My time was MORE than well spent!! You were such an uplifting inspiration for me to be a better daughter of God, wife and mother! AND since I have always worried what other people will think of me - you gave me permission to realize it is NONE of MY business what others think of me! Whew, that is a load off my mind (and other parts of my body soon too - I hope :) It will take some working on but I have never heard that before. I have attended several "Time Out for Women" which I enjoy but I honestly am STILL reflecting on your beautiful messages and spiritually angelic songs you shared with us! I'm so glad I made some time to "Take care of myself" by attending your workshop! My sweet now deceased grandmother would always tell me to "Take care of yourself, because no one else will!" and finally it is beginning to sink in what she was trying to teach me. May you and your family be blessed for your sincere Christ like love, example and sacrifice in making the time and effort to provide this for us!

There was a comment that I wanted to share, but didn't get my hand up quick enough. I'll share here with you. It was when you were talking about the statement "I feel______when______because I think_____. My thought was that Weighing and measureing our own expectations would help as well. This would help put things in content and perspective of why we feel this way and is our expectations to high for others and perhaps our selves. If this makes any sense. I just find much of my own negative emotion comes from unrealistic expectations for myself and others not being met by them or me. Just a thought. Hope you understand what I'm tring to say. Thanks again for comming to our community!
