3 Generations of Azevedos Performed in Church Today

What a treat to sing with my 17 year old daughter in church today, accompanied by my dad Lex de Azevedo. We did a medley of “My Heavenly Father Loves Me” & “I Feel My Savior’s Love”. My hubby was able to record it on his iPhone and the recording actually sounds half decent so I wanted to share it with you. Happy Sunday!

Thanks to all of my Facebook friends for song suggestions.

I would love to have that opportunity someday. It never happened for us, while my Mom was alive. She died many years ago. In my case, it will be me with one of my children and a grandchild singing! We’ll have to have my husband on guitar or someone else on piano. I have always loved singing in church when given the chance! I did sing a duet with one daughter a few years ago and I loved it.

Wonderful. Reminds me of the times I have sung with my Mom. There is nothing like harmonizing with a family member, it’s beautiful. Of course we don’t have the amazing set of pipes you all have been blessed with, but we do pretty well just the same. And most importantly when the spirit of God is with you while you sing, the Lord oft times magnifies our talents so we can be effective missionary tools in the gospel on this earth. Thanks for sharing.
